Each dimension scores out of 10 and the whole instrument out of 80. The profile across the eight dimensions matters more than the total – read it first.
Complete this with at least two people who hold different roles in the organisation. Where scorers disagree, record both – the disagreement is data, not a problem to resolve before you proceed.
